2022 Annual Conference
Attendees will learn the actions needed to get the organization begging HR to sit at the table.

In labor shortage, employee market, flu season, or a pandemic, there seems to be a running theme in HR. The theme is "We just want a seat at the table." Nearly every HR professional has either said or heard those words.  Unfortunately, most HR professionals are asking the wrong question. The question is not "how do I get a seat" the question is "how do I get them to beg for me to be at the table?"

Learning Objectives:

  • Understanding the business of business.
  • Identify the business numbers that all HR professionals must know.
  • How to quantify the value HR makes or saves the business.
  • Techniques to align HR activities with business goals while doing what HR wants to do.

In-person session offerings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
