2023 Talent Conference
Attendees will learn how to thoughtfully use HR software and technology to navigate the biggest talent challenges in the next recession.

HR departments today are radically different from HR departments during the Great Recession 15 years ago. With more data and algorithms at their disposal than ever, are 'gut-feel' HR departments going to be left behind? Principal analyst Brian Westfall will leverage insights from a survey of over 300 HR leaders to advise attendees on how to thoughtfully leverage the latest HR technology, AI and analytics to help lead them through a 2023 downturn.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn about cutting-edge data and analytics capabilities found in HR technology that can help with difficult cost-cutting decisions.
  • Learn how to avoid biased data, and thus, biased decisions.
  • Understand how to be data-driven but still lead with empathy.

In-person session offerings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
