She has over 25 years’ experience in the health care industry, and has started and led five health care companies since the early 1980s. Ms. Cooper has a Bachelor's of Liberal Arts from Augustana College in Illinois and a Master's of Art from Western Illinois University, with a major in speech and communication. She serves on the board of Crescent City Bank & Trust, the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and the Wisconsin Statewide Health Information Network (WISHIN).

Suzanna has a pair of Masters degrees, including one in Counseling, and is known nationally for her knowledge of coaching and interpersonal communication. As the Chief Learning Officer for the Catalyst Coaching Institute, she is the driving force behind one of the top coach training programs in the country (in addition to teaching at the University level). And as an added bonus, she was recognized as one of Colorado’s “Most Outstanding Women in Business.” 
 
Brad also holds a pair of Masters degrees and is currently engaged in a top level PhD program. He is the CEO of US Corporate Wellness, the author of 4 books, holds 2 US Patents and has spoken professionally in all 50 states. In 2016 he was recognized by several publications as the “World’s Fittest CEO” for his results in the Ironman, marathon & Race Across America bike race. 
 
Together, they’ve built 2 national businesses, raised 3 adult kids, and just celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. They usually present individually but today we’re privileged to have them at SHRM together!

Todd Solomon is a partner in and Chicago local practice group leader of the employee benefits practice group of McDermott Will & Emery LLP in its Chicago office.  Todd focuses his practice primarily on designing, amending, and administering pension plans, 401(k) plans, employee stock ownership plans, 403(b) plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements.  He also counsels corporations and tax-exempt entities regarding fiduciary and plan investment issues under ERISA, employee benefits issues involved in corporate transactions, executive compensation and Code Section 409A compliance and correction matters, and the implementation of benefit programs for domestic partners.

Prior to establishing HR Experts On-Call, Ms. Carroll served as the Director of Professional Services & Education for PayScale. As Director of Professional Services, Stacey created and managed the compensation consulting business for PayScale, a venture-backed SaaS provider of compensation resources to HR and business leaders.  Prior to her  work at PayScale, Stacey spent over 12 years in various positions within Human Resources for Trendwest Resorts, Nordstrom, and Western Washington University. Stacey’s specialty areas in HR include: compensation, benefits, training & development, and strategic human capital management.  She earned her BA and MBA from Western Washington University. Stacey has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). In addition to her regular full time responsibilities, Stacey has taught HRM classes for Western Washington University, Seattle Research Partners, and Tacoma Community College. Mark J. Schmit, Ph.D., is the Executive Director for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Foundation.
