How to Use Artificial Intelligence While Fostering Workplace Inclusion
Status message
A session in this conference ends more than 10 days after the conference! Some sessions may not appear properly in My Session Planner.Organizations are increasingly using artificial intelligence (AI) to screen job candidates, streamline the application process, monitor employee actions, and provide employee training. When not designed and implemented to consider diverse users, AI technologies can increase the risk of workplace discrimination, including for people with disabilities. This session will explore best practices and resources to help organizations implement policies to make AI workplace implementations more equitable. Learning Objectives
