Are your supervisors adequately prepared to explain and guide employees to success, and are these processes applied consistently across your organization? Well-executed performance management tied to effective compensation programs communicates value and can foster higher employee engagement and retention. Attend this session and hear both success stories and pitfalls your nonprofit can avoid.
